I do not know when exactly the lake wall (Seemauer) was built by my grandfather Louis Marchand, but by 1932 most of the wall must have been built. By now, 4 generations have been enjoying its existence: my parents, myself, Marius and Boudewijn and, lastly, Giulia and Nino.
